What are your delivery times when I order a pair of boots?
Our standard delivery is 2-3 working days, and the time to make the boots is usually around 3 week but can vary depending on how many orders we're working on.

Can I return my boots if I don't like them?
Our boots are tailor-made and if the measurements we are given are wrong we cannot refund you, but we will make every effort to adjust the boots so that they fit.
